Robert Thompson


Robert Thompson was born and brought up in the flatlands of East Yorkshire, studied Graphic Design in Leeds and worked as art director at Camden Graphics in London. Since the early 1990s he has lived in the West Country and worked as a professional cartoonist and illustrator. His dip pen drawings have regularly appeared in Private Eye, the Spectator, the Oldie, the Guardian, the Financial Times, the Observer, the Times, the Mail on Sunday, and daily in Metro. His work also appears in many other well-known consumer and business magazines including the Radio Times, Rugby World, Real Deals and Decanter.
