PCO member Steve Bell (seen here with his trophy) was awarded the prestigious gong in recognition of his consistently brilliant work throughout the year for The Guardian newspaper.
Other winners at last night’s awards ceremony were Peter Brookes of the Times who won Political Cartoon of the Year and Bob Moran of the Daily Telegraph was runner up in the same category.
