Dave Walker is a freelance cartoonist, author and web editor, specialising in cycling and sustainable transport themes. He draws every week for the Church Times, alongside regular cartoons for Cycling UK and other bicycle-related companies and organisations.

‘The Cycling Cartoonist’, his first book of cycling cartoons, was published by Bloomsbury in 2017, followed by ‘From A to B – A Cartoon Guide to Getting Around by Bike’, a cartoon-based manifesto for pedal-powered transport, in 2021. He has also drawn 8 books of ecclesiastical cartoons for Canterbury Press, the most recent being ‘What Could Possibly Go Wrong?’.

Dave now crowdfunds much of his work through his Diagram Club, and sells his drawings in t-shirt and mug form though The Dave Walker Shop.
